Q&A
Q: why the light does not power on
A: Check the light blocks are properly connected. If the light blocks are connected, please pair the device with Cololight app, click “set distance” on the top right and then set distance of device.
Q: How to install the product on the wall?
A:When you have a small number of light blocks, you can use 3M glue to paste on the wall. If the number of light blocks is more than 10, using wall mount bracket will be more stable.
NOTE: One controller can support up to 255 light panels. if over 10 panels, please use power supply cable, avoid panels brightness reduction. You have to use 2.4G WIFI when you pair the light. You can use 3M adhesive / wall kit to install light panels on the wall. If you have any questions, please contact via Amazon.
